The Hotchkiss Helps Committee is passionate about giving back to our community and making a positive impact wherever we can. Our motivation comes from knowing that even small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. Through volunteering, supporting local organizations, and participating in community events, we come together as a team to help those in need and make a difference beyond the workplace. We believe that giving back is not only about supporting important causes, but also about building connections, spreading kindness, and strengthening the communities around us.

The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) unites the insurance industry in philanthropic giving, contributing grants and volunteer service that strengthen the communities where we live and work. Established in 1994, IICF has served as the philanthropic voice and foundation of the insurance industry for more than thirty years, awarding nearly $57 million in community grants and providing 400,000+ volunteer hours by over 130,000 industry professionals. IICF reinvests locally where funds are raised to maximize community impact, and partners with hundreds of charities and nonprofit organizations each year to serve our neighbors in need across the US, UK and Canada.
