Join the IICF Houston Chapter as we partner with Navidad en el Barrio to spread holiday cheer to 2,000 children and families in the Houston community!
Volunteers can participate in one or both days, helping wrap Christmas gifts, prepare for the celebration, assist children during the event, and distribute gifts.

Shift 1: Friday, December 11 | Gift Wrapping Party
Time: 9:00 AM
Help prepare for the holiday celebration by setting up and wrapping Christmas gifts for children! Setup begins at 9:00 AM, with gift wrapping starting at 10:00 AM. This is a flexible, come-and-go opportunity, so volunteers are welcome to participate as their schedules allow.
Shift 2: Saturday, December 12 | Children's Christmas Celebration
Time: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Help bring holiday magic to 2,000 children! Volunteers will welcome and escort children to their designated tables, assist with activities, serve lunch, help distribute gifts, and support event cleanup.
Additional Information:
Volunteers may register for either or both shifts.
All ages are welcome, and student community service hours are available.
Parking passes will be emailed to registered volunteers before the event.
Nancy Lopes will serve as the onsite point of contact for both days.
