  • KEEN empowers youth with disabilities and impact volunteer coaches through participation in free, non-competitive, one-on-one programs of physical activity and fun, supporting the overall health and well-being of all participants.

Volunteers will be matched with an athlete for one-hour sessions of sporting, dance or music activities.

We have three one-hour (1pm, 2pm & 3pm) sessions with sports, dance and/or music at SLUH that run back-to-back. All sign-ups are through the sports portal, if you would like to do dance or music, please let us know at check-in. You can attend any of the three hours you’d like as long as you stay for the entire hour.

Please note that before being matched with a KEEN athlete, you will need to attend training. Training will be held 10 minutes before the first session you attend. Please let the front desk know if you have not been through training. You must attend training to be matched with an athlete. Please bring a picture ID for your first session.
