THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY CHARITABLE FOUNDATION (IICF) is committed to helping communities and enriching lives on the local level. In 2025, IICF awarded over $700,000 in grants to local non-profits providing vital programs across the West. Funds raised in the region, remain in Mountain States through the IICF Community Grants Program to nonprofits focused in the areas of children at risk,education, and human services. IICF’s Mountain States Chapter has awarded over$365,000 in local community grants.IICF Mountain States Chapter’s 2026 slate of events include Trivia Night (February), Step Up Challenge (April-May) and Chip for Charity (September ). The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) is a unique nonprofit that unites the collective strengths of the insurance industry to help communities and enrich lives through grants, volunteer service and leadership. Established in 1994, IICF has served as the philanthropic voice and foundation of the insurance industry for more than thirty years, contributing $50 million in community grants along with over 370,000 volunteer hours by more than 130,000 industry professionals. IICF reinvests locally where funds are raised, serving hundreds of charities and nonprofit organizations, for maximum community impact.
