Presented by the Northeast Associate Board, IICF Wellness Week offers four interactive virtual sessions to welcome in Spring by encouraging mind, body, and financial wellness. Learn new skills, connect with colleagues, and receive valuable takeaways from each session. Join for one program or take part in the whole series.

Minding Your Mind's primary objective is to provide mental health education to adolescents, teens and young adults, their parents, teachers and school administrators. The goal is to reduce the stigma and destructive behaviors often associated with mental health issues.
